VLV provides aluminium conductors with PVC insulation in a non-armoured four-core power cable rated 0.6/1kV. The technical section selection is 50mm2. Complete the individual conductor allocation and full outer construction alongside the power circuit and equipment requirements, including any precise IEC acceptance request needed for the selected cable.

Retain the non-armoured material requirements

Keep aluminium conductor material, PVC insulation and non-armoured construction together on the full material drawing. Agree the final outer sheath to complete the chosen build. Obtain preparation information for that finished cable and retain the selected construction when the compatible cable ends are reviewed.

Assign individual conductor duties

Give every conductor a required section, electrical function and connection point on the circuit design. Use the allocation with the four-core 50mm2 selection during the equipment review. Settle the conductor arrangement before final end preparation and physical cable quantities are agreed.

Match the aluminium equipment connections

Choose ends compatible with the aluminium conductors and full cable build. Review the access and connection space needed to prepare both ends. Keep those details beside the intended route and applicable installation information when agreeing the connection allowances required by the project.

Identify the exact IEC requirement

State the standard number, applicable part and supporting scope where the project specifies IEC acceptance. Check the document request against the selected construction. Keep the precise criterion available with the circuit and material drawings throughout the final cable review.

Complete the physical quantity schedule

List required cut lengths and quantities in a length unit, independently of conductor-area notation. Include agreed end allowances, the finalized sheath and compatible ends. Use the approved allocation, full material drawing and exact acceptance request to complete the purchase details.

Provide the product reference, selected configuration, quantity and destination. Confirm drawings, applicable ratings and acceptance requirements for the requested build. Lead time, shipping arrangements, charges and any return conditions should be reviewed in the agreed quotation before ordering.
