TypeMulti-Core Power Cable
VLV provides aluminium conductors and PVC insulation in a non-armoured four-core power cable rated 0.6/1kV. Its technical section selection is 50mm2. Complete the conductor arrangement and full material drawing using the circuit and equipment requirements, then agree compatible cable ends and physical quantities for the chosen cable and intended installation route.
Complete the aluminium conductor and connection drawing
Give every conductor a required section, electrical function and equipment connection on the circuit design. Keep the individual allocation beside the four-core 50mm2 selection when reviewing the proposed cable. Choose compatible ends using the aluminium conductor arrangement and full construction. Check the equipment access and space needed for preparation at both connections before finalizing terminations and physical end allowances for the route.
Describe the selected non-armoured material build
Retain aluminium conductor material, PVC insulation and non-armoured construction together on the full drawing. Agree the final outer sheath to describe the finished cable. Obtain preparation and installation information for that selected build and compare it with the intended route. Keep the complete material reference with the approved conductor allocation when cable alternatives and their compatible end arrangements are assessed.
Finish the physical quantities and exact project request
State physical cut lengths and the number of cuts in a length unit, including agreed allowances at the connections. Keep the 50mm2 area notation separate from those measurements. If a precise acceptance criterion applies, identify it and request matching documents for the chosen construction. Complete the purchase schedule with the final sheath, compatible aluminium ends, approved allocation and applicable installation information.

Provide the product reference, selected configuration, quantity and destination. Confirm drawings, applicable ratings and acceptance requirements for the requested build. Lead time, shipping arrangements, charges and any return conditions should be reviewed in the agreed quotation before ordering.
