TypeMulti-Core Power Cable
VLV uses aluminium conductors with PVC insulation in a non-armoured four-core power cable rated 0.6/1kV. The technical section selection is 50mm2. Review the individual conductor requirements and complete material construction with the circuit design, including any exact IEC request before compatible ends and physical cable quantities are finalized for the installation.
Allocate each conductor individually
State every conductor's required section, electrical duty and equipment connection on the circuit drawing. Keep the allocation beside the four-core 50mm2 selection during the cable review. Agree the individual requirements before end preparation and physical quantity details are settled.
Complete the non-armoured construction drawing
Retain aluminium conductor material, PVC insulation and non-armoured construction as separate requirements on the full material reference. Agree the final outer sheath to define the finished build. Obtain preparation information for that selected cable and keep the complete layer description available when compatible ends are assessed.
Match the aluminium equipment connections
Choose cable ends compatible with the aluminium conductors and full construction. Review equipment access and the space needed to prepare and connect both ends. Retain those details with the circuit allocation and intended route when the required connection allowances are agreed.
Specify the exact IEC request
Give the standard number, applicable part and supporting scope wherever the project requires IEC acceptance. Check the request against selected-build documents. Keep the precise criterion available with the material and circuit drawings during the final cable and evidence review.
Finalize installation and physical cuts
Obtain installation information applicable to the chosen construction and route. State physical cut lengths and quantities in a length unit, separately from conductor area. Include agreed allowances, the final sheath, approved allocation and compatible aluminium ends with the completed purchase schedule.

Provide the product reference, selected configuration, quantity and destination. Confirm drawings, applicable ratings and acceptance requirements for the requested build. Lead time, shipping arrangements, charges and any return conditions should be reviewed in the agreed quotation before ordering.
