TypeMulti-Core Power Cable
The VLV22 four-core power cable combines aluminium conductors, PVC insulation and steel-tape armour at a rated voltage of 0.6/1kV. Its technical selection is 50mm2. Develop the full material drawing and individual conductor allocation around the required power circuit, using the chosen STA build when compatible ends and physical cable quantities are agreed.
Keep steel tape explicit in the layer description
Use steel-tape armour alongside aluminium conductor material and PVC insulation in the construction reference. Agree the final outer sheath on the full drawing. Obtain preparation information for the completed build and retain its material details when cable alternatives are compared with the intended installation and equipment requirements.
Define the individual core requirements
Show each conductor's required section, electrical function and connection point on the circuit drawing. Keep the allocation beside the four-core 50mm2 selection during the technical review. Match compatible cable ends to the approved conductor arrangement and selected construction before end preparation and physical cut quantities are finalized.
Review route and connection access
Obtain installation information applicable to the chosen cable build and proposed route. Check the access and space needed to prepare and connect both ends. Keep the full material reference with the circuit allocation when discussing end allowances and any exact acceptance documents required for the selected cable.
Complete the physical cable specification
List required cut lengths and the number of cuts separately from the conductor-area notation. Include agreed connection allowances in the physical schedule. Use the finalized outer sheath, approved conductor allocation, compatible aluminium cable ends and applicable installation information when completing the purchase details for the required steel-tape-armoured power cable.

Provide the product reference, selected configuration, quantity and destination. Confirm drawings, applicable ratings and acceptance requirements for the requested build. Lead time, shipping arrangements, charges and any return conditions should be reviewed in the agreed quotation before ordering.
