TypeMulti-Core Power Cable
VLV22 is an aluminium conductor power cable with PVC insulation and steel-tape armour, rated 0.6/1kV in a four-core 50mm2 selection. Review the individual conductor requirements and complete STA material build together with the equipment connections. Finalize the outer sheath, compatible cable ends and physical quantities for the intended circuit and installation route.
Use the circuit drawing to define aluminium connections
Give each conductor a required section, electrical duty and equipment connection on the circuit design. Keep the individual allocation with the four-core 50mm2 selection when the proposed cable is compared with the equipment requirements. Select ends compatible with the aluminium conductors and finished construction. Review preparation space and access at both connections before agreeing terminations and the physical end allowances required by the route.
Complete the selected steel-tape construction
Retain aluminium conductor material, PVC insulation and steel-tape armour as separate requirements on the material drawing. Agree the final outer sheath to describe the finished cable build. Obtain installation and preparation information for that selected construction and compare it with the intended route. Keep the material description beside the approved core allocation during the cable-end review so the electrical and construction requirements remain consistent.
Finalize the quantities and exact project request
State physical cut lengths in a length unit, with the number of required cuts and any agreed connection allowances. Keep these quantities separate from the 50mm2 conductor-area selection. Name any precise acceptance criterion required by the project and request corresponding selected-build documents. Complete the purchase schedule with the finalized sheath, compatible aluminium ends, approved allocation and applicable installation information.

Provide the product reference, selected configuration, quantity and destination. Confirm drawings, applicable ratings and acceptance requirements for the requested build. Lead time, shipping arrangements, charges and any return conditions should be reviewed in the agreed quotation before ordering.
