TypeMulti-Core Power Cable
VLV32 offers aluminium conductors with PVC insulation and steel-wire armour for industrial power cable requirements. It is rated 0.6/1kV in the four-core 25mm2 selection. Bring the chosen aluminium conductor arrangement and industrial equipment connections into the same specification when completing the outer build, cable ends and required physical lengths.
Connect the conductor allocation to industrial equipment
Give every conductor a defined electrical duty, required section and connection point on the circuit drawing. Keep the four-core allocation beside the 25mm2 selection when choosing cable ends compatible with aluminium conductors. Review the equipment access and working space required for preparation at each connection. Agree the conductor and termination details together before physical cable quantities are finalized for the industrial route.
Complete the steel-wire-armoured material drawing
Retain PVC as the insulation material and steel wire as the armour arrangement, together with the aluminium conductor requirement. Agree the final outer sheath on the completed construction drawing. Obtain installation and preparation information appropriate to the selected build and intended industrial route. Compare alternatives using the full material description and connection arrangement so the required construction stays clear throughout the project review.
Record the acceptance scope and physical cuts
Where IEC acceptance is specified, identify the precise standard number, part and supporting scope required for this cable construction. Keep the corresponding document request with the finalized material and circuit drawings. Give physical cut lengths, number of cuts and agreed end allowances independently of the 25mm2 section notation. Include compatible cable ends and the full conductor allocation in the purchase schedule for the selected industrial power cable.

Provide the product reference, selected configuration, quantity and destination. Confirm drawings, applicable ratings and acceptance requirements for the requested build. Lead time, shipping arrangements, charges and any return conditions should be reviewed in the agreed quotation before ordering.
