Yellow, blue and green 10AWG/5.3mm² silicone wire is presented for lithium-battery connections at 600V. The specified working range is −60°C to 200°C, with 0.08mm individual wires in a round, stranded single-core construction. Tinned copper is described, with custom pure copper or requested materials as conductor alternatives.
Give each battery-lead colour its own component requirements
Choose the required colour and finished length with actual conductor dimensions and strand count. Add finished silicone diameter and terminal fit to the drawing for that lead. Keeping these details together lets the sample and quantity request identify the individual yellow, blue or green component needed by the battery assembly.
What actual battery duty belongs with the stated working range?
Provide circuit load, continuous duty and surroundings along the intended lithium-battery route. This coloured battery wire includes temperature, oil and flame resistance in its specification. The chosen conductor and insulation should be reviewed with the assembly's actual electrical and material requirements as well as the known thermal range.
