FeatureUV Resistant abrasion and corrosion resistanceCertificateCCC CE RoHS ISO9001
The steel-tape-armoured YJV copper power-cable family is rated 0.6/1kV for distribution, transmission and supply installations. It has XLPE insulation and a PVC sheath with UV, abrasion and corrosion resistance. Specify the chosen model and matching core-size construction together, then complete individual conductor duties and end preparation using the actual circuit and layer drawing.
Define the requested size notation
Confirm the required 3*95mm2, 70mm or 3x6mm family notation against the exact selected cable code. Identify nominal section units and the required core arrangement separately. Give each conductor an electrical duty and equipment connection so the termination review follows a definite configuration rather than an assumed interpretation of differently qualified size strings.
Retain the actual steel-tape build
Keep conductor material, XLPE insulation, PVC sheath and steel-tape armour in the approved construction reference. Compare alternative cables using the complete layer drawing. Review preparation and compatible terminations for the actual selected build, obtaining applicable installation information for the proposed equipment connections.
Agree a consistent working scope
Confirm the working-temperature declaration required for the chosen construction and installation. Identify any precise exposure or approval criterion in the project specification and review matching cable documents. Retain the relevant installation scope with that exact requirement and the approved material reference.
Separate physical cut-length quantities
A 1M(3.28ft) length option is available. Give required physical cut length independently of nominal conductor section, including the approved allocation and agreed cable ends with the final quantities. Consider the route, access at the equipment and room for preparing the steel-tape-armoured ends using installation information for that build. Keep the selected construction and circuit references beside the purchase schedule.

Provide the product reference, selected configuration, quantity and destination. Confirm drawings, applicable ratings and acceptance requirements for the requested build. Lead time, shipping arrangements, charges and any return conditions should be reviewed in the agreed quotation before ordering.
