The YJV/YJV22 family includes copper or aluminum power cables with XLPE insulation and PVC jacket, rated 0.6/1kV for construction and underground use. Steel-tape, steel-wire and unarmoured alternatives are described. The specified build resists UV exposure, abrasion and corrosion; complete the actual designation and compatible core-size construction through the project circuit and material drawing.
Identify the matching construction code
Choose the required designation and a core-size description belonging to that same cable. Confirm conductor material, actual core arrangement and nominal conductor-section units. For the 16mm, 25mm and 35mm family references, define the units explicitly rather than applying one interpretation to every differently coded option.
Retain the chosen armour and layers
Specify steel-tape, steel-wire or unarmoured construction on the approved drawing. Keep the selected conductor material, XLPE insulation and PVC jacket with that requirement. Review preparation and compatible cable ends using the full chosen build, including individual conductor duties and equipment connections from the circuit design.
Review working and document scope
Agree a consistent working-temperature declaration for the selected cable and installation. Identify any exact project exposure or approval criterion and review matching construction evidence. Where a selected option uses a BS6004 reference, check its actual declaration and construction scope instead of applying that reference to every cable choice.
Complete independent physical quantities
State the required cable cut length separately from core-size notation, keeping the available 1m(3.28ft) length option with the order reference. Obtain installation information applicable to the chosen build and consider equipment access and end-preparation space. Include the approved allocation, defined nominal units, full layer drawing and agreed cable ends with the final quantities.

Provide the product reference, selected configuration, quantity and destination. Confirm drawings, applicable ratings and acceptance requirements for the requested build. Lead time, shipping arrangements, charges and any return conditions should be reviewed in the agreed quotation before ordering.
