FeatureUV Resistant abrasion and corrosion resistanceCertificateCCC CE RoHS ISO9001
This underground power-cable family describes copper or aluminum conductors with XLPE insulation and a PVC jacket, rated 0.6/1kV. Steel-wire, steel-tape and non-armoured construction alternatives are included. UV resistance accompanies the abrasion- and corrosion-resistant build; complete the chosen designation, conductor and matching core-size code together before finalizing the circuit connections.
Match the selected model prefix
Choose the required YJV, YJV22, YJV32 or YJLV designation and confirm that its core-size description identifies the same construction. Agree conductor material and nominal section units for that actual choice. Keep the four-core 16mm2 family reference separate from the final individual allocation until the required layout and conductor sections are confirmed.
Choose SWA, STA or non-armoured construction
Record the actual armour requirement with the selected conductor, XLPE insulation and PVC jacket on the approved drawing. Compare alternatives against the full layer build. Review preparation and compatible cable ends for that construction, retaining individual electrical duties and equipment connections beside the material reference.
Complete working conditions and physical length
Agree a consistent working-temperature declaration for the chosen cable and installation. Identify any precise exposure or approval criterion in the project specification and review matching selected-build documents. State required cut length independently of conductor-size notation, retaining 1M(3.28ft) as the available physical-length option. Obtain installation information for the actual construction and consider the route, access at the equipment and space needed to prepare both ends. Include the approved allocation, full layer drawing and agreed terminations with the purchase quantities so the selected material, electrical configuration and connection requirements remain together.

Provide the product reference, selected configuration, quantity and destination. Confirm drawings, applicable ratings and acceptance requirements for the requested build. Lead time, shipping arrangements, charges and any return conditions should be reviewed in the agreed quotation before ordering.
