TypeMulti-Core Power Cable
YJV22 is a copper power cable with XLPE insulation and steel-tape armour, rated 0.6/1kV for underground laying with a 25mm2 technical selection. The final core count requires confirmation. Establish the approved conductor arrangement before completing the underground installation specification, cable-end choices and physical quantities for the required circuit.
Confirm the two-core or four-core configuration
Clarify whether the required cable has two or four cores using an approved conductor drawing and the matching order configuration. Give every conductor a defined section, electrical duty and connection once the count is settled. Keep that confirmed arrangement beside the 25mm2 selection during the final cable-end review.
Retain the known copper and steel-tape build
Carry the copper conductor, XLPE insulation and steel-tape armour requirements into the complete material drawing. Agree the outer sheath as part of the finished construction. Use that selected build when obtaining preparation information and choosing compatible ends after the individual conductor arrangement has been confirmed.
Review the underground installation details
Describe the intended underground route and obtain installation information applicable to the chosen complete cable. Review the access and connection space available at both ends. Keep the route drawing together with the approved core allocation and material description when the installation and end allowances are finalized.
Complete exact scope and physical cuts
Identify the precise IEC standard number and part where the project has an IEC acceptance requirement, and check documents for the selected construction. State physical cable cut lengths separately from conductor area. Include the confirmed core arrangement, full sheath, compatible ends and agreed cut allowances with the finalized underground cable quantities.
