YJV22 combines copper conductors, XLPE insulation and steel-tape armour in a power cable rated 0.6/1kV. It has a four-core 50mm2 selection and an IEC 60502 reference. Review the individual conductor requirements and complete material build with the circuit and equipment connections before finalizing compatible ends and physical cable quantities.

Identify the IEC 60502 scope

State the applicable part and required supporting scope wherever the project specifies IEC 60502 acceptance. Check the request against documents for the selected construction. Keep the exact criterion available with the material drawing and circuit requirements throughout the technical review.

Complete the selected STA construction

Retain copper conductor material, XLPE insulation and steel-tape armour on the full construction drawing. Agree the final outer sheath to define the finished cable. Obtain preparation information for that chosen build and use the full layer description when reviewing compatible ends.

Give each conductor a defined circuit role

Show the required section, electrical duty and equipment connection for every conductor on the circuit design. Keep the individual allocation with the four-core 50mm2 selection. Settle the conductor arrangement before final end preparation and physical quantity details are agreed.

Match the equipment and route requirements

Choose cable ends compatible with the approved conductor arrangement and complete build. Review access and preparation space at both equipment connections. Obtain installation information for the selected construction and intended route, retaining these details when connection allowances are agreed.

Finalize the physical cut schedule

Record cut lengths and quantities in a length unit, independently of conductor area. Include agreed allowances, the finalized sheath and compatible cable ends. Use the approved allocation, full material drawing and precise acceptance request to complete the power cable purchase schedule.

Provide the product reference, selected configuration, quantity and destination. Confirm drawings, applicable ratings and acceptance requirements for the requested build. Lead time, shipping arrangements, charges and any return conditions should be reviewed in the agreed quotation before ordering.
