TypeMulti-Core Power Cable
YJV22 combines copper conductors, XLPE insulation and steel-tape armour in a four-core power cable rated 0.6/1kV. The technical section selection is 50mm2. Keep the full construction drawing and individual conductor arrangement together when comparing the cable with the required circuit, equipment connections and physical quantities for the intended installation route.
Retain the steel-tape construction requirement
Use copper conductor material, XLPE insulation and steel-tape armour as distinct requirements on the material drawing. Agree the final outer sheath to define the selected finished build. Obtain preparation information for that complete cable and retain the layer description when compatible cable ends and installation details are compared with the route requirements.
Allocate each conductor to the circuit
Show every conductor's required section, electrical duty and equipment connection on the circuit design. Keep the individual allocation with the four-core 50mm2 selection during the cable review. Choose ends compatible with the approved conductor arrangement and complete construction before final end preparation and physical quantities are agreed for the installation.
Review equipment access and precise project requirements
Check the space and access available to prepare and connect both cable ends. Obtain installation information applicable to the chosen construction and intended route. Retain the material and circuit drawings when discussing connection allowances and any exact acceptance criterion and supporting documents required for the selected power cable.
Give physical cuts in a length unit
List required cut lengths and quantities separately from the 50mm2 conductor-area notation, including agreed allowances for preparation and connections. Keep the finalized sheath, approved allocation and compatible cable ends with that schedule. Complete the purchase request using the full construction reference and applicable installation information for the required cable.

Provide the product reference, selected configuration, quantity and destination. Confirm drawings, applicable ratings and acceptance requirements for the requested build. Lead time, shipping arrangements, charges and any return conditions should be reviewed in the agreed quotation before ordering.
