The YJV22 copper power-cable family combines XLPE insulation with a PVC jacket, rated 0.6/1kV for distribution and underground use. Steel-tape and steel-wire armour references are provided, with UV, abrasion and corrosion resistance. Complete the chosen model and numeric construction code through its actual conductor material, armour and individual electrical allocation.
Choose the grouped construction code
Actual selections include three-, four- and five-core arrangements, together with grouped codes such as 3*95+1*50, 3*95+2*50 and 4*95+1*50. Retain the exact code and confirm its nominal conductor-section units. Assign every conductor's electrical function and equipment connection through the circuit design, identifying any neutral or earth duties explicitly rather than deriving them from the plus notation.
Match model and armour requirements
Select the required YJV, YJV22, YJLV, YJV32 or YJLV22 designation and confirm its conductor material and actual armour construction. Keep insulation, sheath and armour with the same selected layer drawing. Review preparation and compatible cable ends against that complete build, using installation information applicable to the chosen configuration.
Allocate the working-temperature condition
Confirm whether the 70°C or 90°C working condition belongs to the selected construction and installation. Retain the applicable declaration with the material drawing. Identify any precise project exposure or approval requirement and review documents that match the chosen cable and relevant scope.
Complete physical length and cable ends
A 1m(3.28ft) length option is available. Give required cut length separately from the numeric construction code, including the approved allocation, defined section units and agreed cable ends with the purchase quantities. Keep the circuit and construction references with the applicable project documents.
