YJV32 combines copper conductors, XLPE insulation and steel-wire armour at 0.6/1kV in the four-core 50mm2 configuration. Compare the complete SWA material requirements and individual conductor arrangement with the circuit design. Complete compatible cable ends and physical quantities using the selected outer build, equipment connections and intended installation route.

Identify the individual conductor duties

Give every conductor a required section, electrical function and equipment connection on the circuit drawing. Keep the allocation with the four-core 50mm2 configuration during the cable review. Settle that arrangement before final end preparation and physical quantity details are agreed.

Retain the steel-wire material requirement

Use copper conductor material, XLPE insulation and steel-wire armour together on the full construction drawing. Agree the final outer sheath to define the finished build. Obtain preparation information for that selected cable and keep the complete material description available when compatible ends are assessed.

Match the equipment connections

Choose cable ends compatible with the approved conductor allocation and complete construction. Review access and preparation space at both equipment connections. Keep those details with the circuit drawing when the required termination arrangement and physical end allowances are finalized for the installation.

Review the route and exact project request

Obtain installation information applicable to the selected construction and intended route. Name any precise acceptance criterion and request matching chosen-build documents where required. Retain the material and conductor drawings together throughout the final technical review of the proposed cable.

Complete the physical cut schedule

List required cut lengths and quantities in a length unit, independently of conductor area. Include agreed allowances, the finalized sheath and compatible ends. Use the approved allocation, full material build and applicable installation information to finalize the power cable purchase request.

Provide the product reference, selected configuration, quantity and destination. Confirm drawings, applicable ratings and acceptance requirements for the requested build. Lead time, shipping arrangements, charges and any return conditions should be reviewed in the agreed quotation before ordering.
