YJV32 combines copper conductors, XLPE insulation and steel-wire armour in a four-core power cable rated 0.6/1kV. The technical section selection is 50mm2. Complete the individual conductor arrangement and outer build alongside the circuit requirements, including any exact IEC acceptance request when the compatible cable ends and physical quantities are agreed.

Make the IEC document request specific

State the exact standard number, applicable part and required supporting scope wherever the project specifies IEC acceptance. Check the document request against information for the selected cable construction. Keep the precise criterion with the circuit and material drawings during the technical review. The complete cable identity and evidence requirements should be available together when the proposed build is compared with the project specification.

Define conductors and the complete steel-wire build

Give each conductor a required section, electrical duty and equipment connection on the circuit drawing. Retain the allocation beside the four-core 50mm2 selection, with copper conductor material, XLPE insulation and steel-wire armour on the full construction reference. Agree the final outer sheath and choose compatible ends using the finished build. Review equipment access and preparation space at both connections before end allowances are finalized.

Translate the selected construction into physical quantities

Obtain installation information applicable to the chosen cable and intended route. Give required physical cut lengths and cut quantities separately from conductor-area notation, including any agreed allowances for connections. Complete the purchase schedule using the final sheath, approved allocation and compatible ends. Keep the full material drawing and precise acceptance request with the physical cable quantities for the required power circuit.

Provide the product reference, selected configuration, quantity and destination. Confirm drawings, applicable ratings and acceptance requirements for the requested build. Lead time, shipping arrangements, charges and any return conditions should be reviewed in the agreed quotation before ordering.
