This DC12V vehicle cigarette-lighter adapter family has an ATC-fuse reference for named car-battery, phone and consumer-electronics connections. Ring-terminal, female cigarette-socket and cigarette-plug references describe the available connection scope. Define the complete end arrangement together with the selected conductor, insulation and wire construction before choosing the finished physical adapter.
Specify the complete connection path
Show the required terminal and cigarette-lighter ends on one assembly drawing, including their mating dimensions and polarity. Identify which plug, socket or ring-terminal arrangement the equipment requires. Keep those exact connection details with the chosen cable construction when the end preparation and finished adapter are agreed.
Choose the conductor and insulation roles
Conductor references include copper, CCA and CCS, while silicone and PVC appear as insulation references. Select the exact metal and define the layer roles for the finished cable. Retain the chosen SPT-1 or SPT-2 construction and 18AWG or 16AWG gauge on the same drawing. Obtain the preparation information applicable to that selected wire and end combination.
Coordinate ATC fuse selection with operating current
The fuse references include 1A, 3A, 5A, 10A and 15A. Specify the exact ATC-fuse configuration alongside the required lead current and intended 12V equipment connection. Review the full wire, current and fuse arrangement with the selected pin/polarity details, keeping those operating requirements together throughout the assembly comparison.
Complete the physical lead request
Agree the required length using the 1m (3.28ft) reference and state the number of adapters needed. Carry the approved end arrangement, conductor/layer construction and electrical configuration into that physical schedule.
