TRVVSP twisted shielded PVC cable is described for robot arms, cable chains and automation equipment. The conductor is stranded oxygen-free copper with PVC insulation and jacket at 300/500V. Highly flexible, oil-resistant and super-soft construction are stated for this cable enquiry.

Choose the core and pair layout for the moving connection

Core choices include 2, 4, 6, 8, 12 or 16, with 1.5mm and 2.5mm size requests. Define the conductor units, strand dimensions and exact pair arrangement required by the robot connection. Specify the tinned-copper shielding construction, shield termination and finished PVC dimensions in the selected drawing.

Describe the robot-arm motion and complete operating conditions

Provide the actual movement, route, exposure and circuit load for the cable-chain or automation duty. Add the required full working-temperature range and terminal arrangement for that moving connection. Keep the intended oil exposure and soft, flexible construction requirements with the same conductor and shielding schedule.

For a 15-million-bend requirement, agree the test conditions and evidence applicable to the exact cable and motion duty. Identify the movement arrangement being assessed and the selected cable dimensions. Retain those conditions with the robot-arm connection drawing used in the technical review.

Request supply against the selected robot-cable construction

OEM/ODM enquiries can specify the finished pair/core layout and connection lengths for the robot installation. A 1m offering is available, with a 100-metre minimum order. Give total quantity alongside the required thermal range, movement and shield-termination brief so the requested supply follows that actual TRVVSP version.

Provide the product reference, selected configuration, quantity and destination. Confirm drawings, applicable ratings and acceptance requirements for the requested build. Lead time, shipping arrangements, charges and any return conditions should be reviewed in the agreed quotation before ordering.
