This 18AWG SAE-to-SAE quick-connect battery-power lead uses copper conductors with PVC insulation and a PVC jacket. The actual family offers black, two-core selections in 1m, 1.5m and 2m cuts. Its 12V/10A, IP44 and -25 to +70°C specifications accompany a broader 12V/24V description for named automotive and home-appliance connections.

Choose the exact cut from three actual lengths

Select 1m (3.28ft), 1.5m (4.92ft) or 2m (6.56ft) for the required physical lead. Keep the chosen black, two-core selection with the intended cable path and quantity. Retain that exact cut beside the full wire and mating arrangement when the physical assembly is agreed.

Confirm the voltage version for the equipment

Keep the 12V specification and broader 12V/24V family reference distinct when defining the chosen connection. Confirm the exact version for a 24V request and review the required operating current against the 10A reference. Carry the selected voltage/current requirements into the complete wire and end drawing before finalizing the equipment connection.

Match the SAE ends and known material layers

Define the full SAE mating arrangement and polarity for the source and receiving equipment. Retain the known 18AWG copper conductor, PVC insulation and PVC jacket together on that drawing. Obtain preparation information applicable to the chosen cable and compatible ends.

Retain the selected installation scope

Review the IP44 and -25 to +70°C scope with the actual installation requirements. Flame-retardant class is not rated. Complete the physical request with the approved length, material, electrical and pin/polarity configuration.

Provide the product reference, selected configuration, quantity and destination. Confirm drawings, applicable ratings and acceptance requirements for the requested build. Lead time, shipping arrangements, charges and any return conditions should be reviewed in the agreed quotation before ordering.
