This JHS waterproof flexible cable is intended for submersible pumps, deep-water pumps and underwater working environments. It uses Class 5 copper conductors with a 99.995% copper specification, rubber insulation and a rubber jacket at the 300/500V designation. Choose the core/section combination and review the selected cable against the pump installation and its required operating conditions.
Define the pump installation before final selection
State the immersion conditions, required current and working temperature for the intended pump use. Obtain information for the chosen cable and review the complete construction with the pump's connection requirements. Agree compatible cable ends and the preparation needed for that installation. Retain those conditions with the selected build when the physical cable request is completed.
Select the actual core and conductor area together
Two-core and three-core choices each cover 0.75, 1.0, 1.5, 2.5 and 4mm2. Assign the individual conductor functions using the pump circuit and connection drawing. Confirm any other arrangement from the broader two-to-eight-core family with the full construction. The 1m (3.28ft) length selection and 100m minimum-order reference have separate roles; agree physical cuts and the total required quantity accordingly.
Retain the full material and document requirements
Keep the Class 5 copper specification, rubber insulation and rubber jacket on the selected cable drawing with its 300/500V designation. EN 50525-2-21 and PNS 35-1:2004 are technical references whose exact required scope should accompany the request. Where CE, RoHS, ISO or CCC evidence is needed, review the relevant documents for the chosen construction. Complete the cable schedule with the approved core/section combination, compatible pump ends and applicable installation information.

Provide the product reference, selected configuration, quantity and destination. Confirm drawings, applicable ratings and acceptance requirements for the requested build. Lead time, shipping arrangements, charges and any return conditions should be reviewed in the agreed quotation before ordering.
