FeatureTemperature Resistant ,Oil Resistant,VW-1 FT-1 Flame Resistance
Tinned-copper silicone wire is presented for 3D-printer and robotics connections in a requested 22AWG or 0.3mm² construction at 600V. The described component is round, stranded and single-core. Pure copper or requested conductor alternatives are also named; identify the material needed by the proposed assembly.
Specify the 22AWG or 0.3mm² connection component
Describe the stranded conductor required by the printer or robot, using the chosen 22AWG or 0.3mm² size basis. Give copper material and strand count with an individual wire size from the offered 0.1–3.0mm choices or custom construction. Include finished silicone diameter, lead lengths and connector fit in the sample drawing.
What working duty should the selected wire satisfy?
State the complete temperature requirement, continuous duty, circuit load and surroundings. Heat, oil and flame resistance are described for the proposed printer/robot wire. Include routing conditions and any equipment-specific material requirements when assessing the chosen conductor and insulation against the actual operating environment.
Arrange construction-specific sample evidence
Identify the selected gauge or area and finished insulation in the free-sample enquiry. Ask for the datasheet and any test or quality-system audit reports needed for material review. Where VW-1 or FT-1 evidence is required, define the applicable scope for that same proposed electrical wire.
Quote the finished printer or robot lead supply
Give total quantity and lengths with the selected sample drawing. The 1m offering is provided alongside other silicone gauges. The enquiry can cover custom insulation, conductor construction, connectors and drum, box or other packing. Obtain size-matched supply details with the actual duty and any connector-fit requirements for the particular assembly being considered.

Provide the product reference, selected configuration, quantity and destination. Confirm drawings, applicable ratings and acceptance requirements for the requested build. Lead time, shipping arrangements, charges and any return conditions should be reviewed in the agreed quotation before ordering.
