Super-flexible soft silicone electric wire is described with a round, stranded tinned-copper single core for equipment, internal wiring and electronic appliances. A 600V rating and -60°C to 200°C working range accompany the proposed conductor. Its chosen AWG and finished dimensions should correspond to the intended assembly connection.
Specify the conductor and silicone dimensions separately
Give the required gauge, strand construction and finished wire diameter for a matching quotation. For 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 18, 22, 24, 26 or 28 AWG requests, identify the conductor and insulation specification together. Include the connection space and route available for the soft wire.
What heat and oil conditions apply to the connection?
The wire is described with temperature and oil resistance, with other thermal requirements open to enquiry. State the actual working duty, circuit load and operating environment for the chosen construction. Any project-specific qualification requirement should identify the material the equipment team will evaluate.
Quote the finished lengths for the selected soft conductor
Provided silicone choices include 17, 18, 20, 22, 24, 26 and 30 AWG, and there is a 1m length option. OEM and ODM enquiries have a stated 100-metre minimum order. Give finished lengths and total quantity with the required AWG, strand construction and insulation dimensions.
Include any sample construction needed to assess the proposed wire in the assembly. The sample, dimensional sheet and supply request should describe the same tinned-copper silicone component. A particular conductor and finished profile allow the material review to address the equipment connection and operating duty being specified for the project.
