Temperature-resistant silicone wire is presented for -60°C to 200°C enquiries in requested 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23 or 24AWG constructions. The described 600V tinned-copper component is stranded and single-core, with round or custom shapes. For the requested 16–24AWG lead, actual working temperature, conductor dimensions and individual strand construction are custom.
Define the actual thermal and circuit requirement
Give the complete operating-temperature range with actual load, continuous duty and surroundings. The temperature-resistant wire also has described resistance to oil. Include route and equipment-specific electrical or material requirements when assessing the selected conductor and silicone insulation for the intended connection.
Which individual gauge and finished profile does the equipment need?
Identify the required AWG size, conductor dimensions and custom strand construction in a drawing. Include finished silicone diameter or profile, available assembly space and connector fit. The selected dimensions should define the same proposed component reviewed against the actual operating conditions of the equipment.
Match the requested lead to its component specification
A 1m option is provided with 16, 17, 18, 20, 22, 24, 26 and 30AWG choices. Give the requested gauge and finished construction when seeking a matched specification and quotation. Keep the actual thermal range, circuit duty and connection dimensions with that selected wire drawing for review.
Arrange lengths and quantity for the custom construction
OEM/ODM enquiries are accepted, with a 100-metre minimum order. State the finished lead lengths and total quantity needed by the assembly alongside the chosen gauge specification. Obtain supply details matched to the conductor, silicone profile and actual equipment connection conditions defined for the proposed component.

Provide the product reference, selected configuration, quantity and destination. Confirm drawings, applicable ratings and acceptance requirements for the requested build. Lead time, shipping arrangements, charges and any return conditions should be reviewed in the agreed quotation before ordering.
