This alligator/crocodile-clip-to-DC battery accessory-cable family combines copper conductors, PVC insulation and a PVC jacket. A two-core selection supports a customizable physical length. Choose the DC connector and exact wire/current arrangement for the intended industrial or solar/battery accessory connection, with a consistent working-temperature specification and approved polarity.
Select the DC connector dimensions
The connector references are 5.5×2.1mm, 5.5×2.5mm and 3.5×1.35mm. Match the required connector to the equipment socket and show both ends on the selected drawing. Keep the alligator-clip arrangement and required polarity beside that exact DC dimension when completing the accessory connection requirements.
Choose gauge and electrical scope together
Use the SPT-1 18AWG, 16AWG and 14AWG references to agree the chosen construction. Pair the required gauge with the selected 12V/24V and 10A/15A scope for the intended equipment. Retain copper conductor material and the PVC layers with that electrical arrangement, obtaining matching assembly information before finalizing the cable ends.
Complete temperature and installation details
Confirm a consistent working-temperature value and units for the exact lead. Review the chosen temperature scope and current requirement with the intended installation. Keep the full material drawing, clip/pin polarity and equipment connection details available when preparation and compatible cable ends are agreed.
Finish physical and document requirements
Agree the custom length, required black/red arrangement and number of leads. Review any required RoHS documents for the selected assembly and exact acceptance scope. Retain the approved connector dimensions, gauge/current combination, temperature and polarity details with the completed physical request.

Provide the product reference, selected configuration, quantity and destination. Confirm drawings, applicable ratings and acceptance requirements for the requested build. Lead time, shipping arrangements, charges and any return conditions should be reviewed in the agreed quotation before ordering.
