This one-meter internal-equipment wire request features round stranded construction with tinned-or-bare copper and PVC requirements for the selected style. Featured 1015/1007, 16/20/30 AWG and 1.5 mm requirements need an actual family/code and dimension specification for the supplied wire.

Resolve gauge within its actual style

The 1015 code choices cover 24, 22, 20, 19, 18 and 17 AWG, while 1007 covers 30, 28, 26, 24, 22, 20, 18 and 16 AWG. Agree how the requested gauge and 1.5 mm dimension apply to the selected style and actual units.

Alternative codes are RVVP 1×0.3 mm, shielded 2464 18AWG×2C, RVV 2×0.15 MM, RV 1.5 MM and RVVSP 2×2×0.05 mm. Also available as selection requirements are unshielded 2464 30AWG×2 and silicone 30 AWG, each with its own construction to be agreed.

Assign material and ratings to one build

Specify actual tin/bare conductor finish, insulation, core arrangement and shielding with the chosen code. Keep 1015 requirements at 600 V/105°C and 1007 requirements at 300 V/80°C within the applicable style.

Clarify any broader 4/0–24 AWG, H07V-K, RV or VW-1 requirement in that selected construction. Agree custom diameter, strand detail and complete current/load with the actual equipment connection.

Complete the internal-wiring conditions

Retain the supplied one-meter reach and required equipment route. Define acid, oil, alkali, moisture and abrasion conditions with applicable selected-wire support.

Obtain required fire and approval evidence for the actual style. Finalize the valid code/gauge pairing, material, wire dimensions and correctly assigned voltage/temperature scope for the supplied internal lead.

Provide the product reference, selected configuration, quantity and destination. Confirm drawings, applicable ratings and acceptance requirements for the requested build. Lead time, shipping arrangements, charges and any return conditions should be reviewed in the agreed quotation before ordering.
