AWM1015 enquiries feature ultra-soft, flexible, heat-resistant copper hook-up wire with PVC insulation for electronic/electrical equipment interiors. Featured gauges are 17/18/20/22/24AWG. The described round stranded construction offers tinned or bare copper, with 1015 referenced at 600 V and 105°C.
Keep the selected 1015 conductor with its rating pair
Choose the exact gauge, copper finish and strand arrangement for the internal circuit. The separately described 1007 version carries a 300 V/80°C reference. Actual catalogue families also include RVVP, 2464, RVV, RV, RVVSP, unshielded 2464, silicone wire and TRVV. Record the family/gauge code and full conductor drawing so each proposed construction keeps its applicable material and rating scope.
Relate softness and resistance to the equipment installation
Resistance to acids, oils, alkalies, moisture and abrasion is described for the wire. Give the real equipment load, full working-temperature requirements and exposure. Specify routing space, movement duty and receiving-terminal dimensions with the required conductor preparation. Request relevant selected-style AWM/H07V-K/VW-1 and CCC, CE, RoHS or ISO9001 information for the intended acceptance purpose.
Build the sample request around the gauge-band roll quantity
