AWM2464/RVVP flexible communication and signal-control cable is described with round stranded copper and PVC insulation. The electrical rating is 300/300V with a 70°C working-temperature specification. Double-shielded tinned-copper version enquiries include a 2 × 22AWG requirement and a six-core connection requirement.

Define conductor count and finish before the pair arrangement

State the exact count, role and dimensions of the conductors required by the connection. Specify the selected copper finish and pair/core arrangement in that drawing. Broader two- through eight-core and shielded or unshielded choices should remain attached to their actual cable construction.

Set out the foil and tinned-copper shielding layers

Give the required double-shield structure, layer dimensions and shield terminations for the proposed version. Include the finished PVC dimensions and terminal geometry with the conductor schedule. Keep those details with the actual communication, audio, broadcast-sound or automotive/electronic circuit being considered.

Provide interface conditions, load, complete working-temperature requirements, route and exposure for the equipment. Request applicable AWM2464, CCC, CE, RoHS or ISO9001 scope for the chosen cable. Use the same gauge/core and layer drawing when defining the selected-wire evidence required by the project.

Quote the selected conductor and shield version together

OEM/ODM enquiries can include the finished connection lengths and exact shielding arrangement for that equipment. A 1m offering is available with a 100-metre minimum order. State total quantity using the defined conductor roles, selected finish and reviewed terminal schedule so the requested supply matches the actual communication-cable brief.

Provide the product reference, selected configuration, quantity and destination. Confirm drawings, applicable ratings and acceptance requirements for the requested build. Lead time, shipping arrangements, charges and any return conditions should be reviewed in the agreed quotation before ordering.
