AWM2464 tinned-copper shielded signal/control cable enquiries include two-, three-, four-, five-, six- or eight-core requirements and 16, 18, 20, 22, 24 or 26AWG gauges. Broader gauge requests include 6, 8, 10, 12 or 14AWG. The described flexible round or custom stranded tinned-copper PVC-insulated shielded construction combines aluminium foil with tinned-copper shielding at 300/300V and −20 to 80°C.
Set the tinned-conductor gauge and shield state in the core drawing
Identify the exact chosen designation and AWG/core arrangement for the connection. Give conductor strand dimensions, finished layers and the intended shielded or unshielded version. Include shield termination, equipment terminal geometry and finished connection lengths with that selected cable drawing.
What VW-1 and equipment conditions define the required version?
Provide the actual communication-audio, broadcast-sound or automotive/electronic interface and circuit load for the selected tinned-conductor cable. State its complete working-temperature requirement, route and exposure. Keep these conditions with the proposed gauge and core arrangement.
Request relevant VW-1, selected-style, CCC, CE, RoHS or ISO9001 scope for that exact construction. Identify the chosen strand, PVC-layer and shielding schedule in the evidence enquiry. Review the terminal fit and finished connection lengths against the same equipment and operating brief.
Quote the chosen tinned gauge/core schedule in finished cable lengths
For OEM/ODM supply, send the selected conductor and shielding drawing with required cut lengths. Include total metres for the 100-metre minimum order and any 1m offering needed. Retain the actual interface and thermal requirements with that version's supply enquiry.

Provide the product reference, selected configuration, quantity and destination. Confirm drawings, applicable ratings and acceptance requirements for the requested build. Lead time, shipping arrangements, charges and any return conditions should be reviewed in the agreed quotation before ordering.
