AWM3135 silicone wire is described for intelligent-appliance enquiries with a stranded tinned-copper single core and round or custom shape. Its stated electrical rating is 600V and rated temperature is 200°C. The selected AWG and finished insulation construction should identify one component for the appliance connection.
Define actual working duty beside the 200°C rated value
Give the complete operating-temperature range, continuous duty and circuit load required by the appliance. Include the surrounding conditions and route available for the conductor. Those inputs should accompany the rated-temperature specification so the material review concerns the actual equipment duty.
Which 16–30 AWG construction does the appliance need?
For 16, 18, 20, 22, 24, 26, 28 or 30 AWG enquiries, specify conductor and finished insulation dimensions together. A 17AWG choice and a 1m length option are also provided. Include strand construction and any required profile with the selected AWM3135 gauge.
Identify the required flame evidence and supply arrangement
Flame resistance is described for the wire. State the exact test designation or qualification scope required by the project and request the applicable construction documents. Give finished lengths and total quantity, and ask for a quotation identifying the same style, conductor and insulation specification.
If a sample is needed, specify the particular AWG and finished dimensions it should represent. The material request, required documents and supply quotation should use the same proposed AWM3135 construction. A defined wire and actual working duty let the equipment team compare that component with its connection points, operating conditions and available installation space.

Provide the product reference, selected configuration, quantity and destination. Confirm drawings, applicable ratings and acceptance requirements for the requested build. Lead time, shipping arrangements, charges and any return conditions should be reviewed in the agreed quotation before ordering.
