AWM3135 flexible silicone wire is described for a 14–28 AWG tinned-OFC enquiry with a round, stranded single core and a 600V rating. Tinned copper, pure copper or requested material choices are named. The selected copper, strand construction and insulation dimensions should identify one finished conductor.
Choose copper and strands for the requested AWM3135 gauge
Individual strand-size choices span 0.1–3.0mm, with custom construction open to enquiry. Give the required copper specification, strand size and count with the conductor AWG and finished insulation dimensions. Provided silicone choices include 16, 17, 18, 20, 22, 24, 26 and 30 AWG, with a 1m option.
Select the actual thermal duty for the equipment
Specify the working-temperature range and continuous duty needed by the battery, inverter, model, robot or UAV connection. For a -60°C to 200°C or -55°C to 150°C requirement, request the matching construction. Include actual circuit load, surroundings and route with that selected material.
Arrange the sample and applicable flame documentation
Temperature, oil and flame resistance are described. Free samples, datasheets, test reports and quality-system audit reports are offered. If VW-1 or FT-1 evidence is required, identify the scope and request documentation applicable to the proposed conductor and silicone construction.
Specify connectors, packing and finished supply lengths
Custom insulation, conductor construction, connectors and packing can be requested through the OEM or ODM enquiry. Drum, box or custom packing choices are named. Give finished lengths, total quantity and the required sample specification with the selected AWG and thermal duty for that AWM3135 wire. Include any required connector fit in the construction drawing.
