AWM3135 silicone wire is described with a round, stranded tinned-copper single core for equipment, internal wiring, electronics and electrical appliances. Its stated 600V and -60°C to 200°C working envelope provides a comparison point for an enquiry that needs a particular finished conductor.
Match strand construction to the finished AWG
Single-wire size choices span 0.1–3.0mm. Specify the required strand size and construction with the conductor gauge and finished insulation dimensions. Those details should identify the same proposed wire so the material request does not rely on an AWG or strand dimension alone. Include the intended strand count with the finished conductor dimensions.
Use the silicone range with the actual circuit conditions
Temperature and oil resistance are stated functions. Include circuit load, operating environment and the physical route through the equipment with the selected construction. The proposed conductor and insulation can then be considered against the intended assembly duty.
Identify applicable compliance and test documents
If RoHS, CCC, VW-1 or FT-1 documentation is required, request the evidence applicable to the exact proposed wire. Keep the required declaration, licence or test scope with the conductor and insulation specification. The equipment review should consider the construction that is being quoted.
Define the gauge and bulk supply requirement
Silicone gauge choices include 16, 17, 18, 20, 22, 24, 26 and 30 AWG, with a 1m length option. Other requested gauges need a matched construction quotation. OEM and ODM enquiries are accepted with a stated minimum order of 100 metres; include finished length and total quantity in the request.

Provide the product reference, selected configuration, quantity and destination. Confirm drawings, applicable ratings and acceptance requirements for the requested build. Lead time, shipping arrangements, charges and any return conditions should be reviewed in the agreed quotation before ordering.
