AWM3135 silicone-rubber wire is presented for UAV and RC-aircraft model connections in 24, 22, 20, 18 or 16 AWG. The described low-voltage component is round and single-core, with a stranded conductor and a 600V rating. Tinned copper, pure copper or requested materials can be specified.
Define the strands within the selected single core
Give the chosen gauge, copper material, strand count and conductor dimensions. Individual wire-size choices span 0.1–3.0mm or custom. Include the finished silicone diameter and connector fit needed by the model assembly so the drawing and evaluation sample identify one proposed electrical lead.
Which model connection conditions should guide selection?
Describe the UAV or RC-model connection with its circuit load, operating-temperature range and continuous duty. Include surroundings, routing and the available space for the lead. The silicone wire has described temperature, oil and flame resistance; assess the selected conductor and insulation for that particular model assembly.
