The black IEC C19-to-C20 PDU extension request uses copper/PVC construction for a server-rack or appliance power connection. Actual 1.5mm² and 2.5mm² selections should remain distinct from the featured heavy-duty-use 12AWG SJT, 20A, 250V requirement until the complete wire build is agreed.
Choose a definite wire family and size
Agree actual 12AWG SJT or H05VV-F construction with the selected 1.5mm² or 2.5mm² area requirement. Retain the chosen wire designation and size in the ordered assembly specification.
Keep copper conductor and PVC construction with that actual cable build. The wire family and sizing requirement should describe the same complete PDU or server-rack lead.
Match the C19 and C20 connection geometry
Compare both actual mating forms and dimensions with the source and receiving equipment. Agree genders and wiring around the selected PDU/server-rack connection.
Define custom reach using the actual connector bodies and equipment positions. Retain the black finish with that exact physical path and chosen wire construction.
Confirm the complete operating requirement
Agree whole 250V and 10A or 20A scope for the actual wire and both ends. Match that complete requirement to the source and PDU, server-rack or appliance demand.
Keep any required installation-protection conditions attached to the same assembly. A server-power brief should identify wire family and size, both mates, wiring, custom route and whole current together, so the selected physical build remains connected to the actual equipment operating requirement and its defined source-to-load path.

Provide the product reference, selected configuration, quantity and destination. Confirm drawings, applicable ratings and acceptance requirements for the requested build. Lead time, shipping arrangements, charges and any return conditions should be reviewed in the agreed quotation before ordering.
