The US IT equipment-lead request pairs NEMA 5-15P and IEC60320 C13 forms with actual black or white selections. PVC construction should remain attached to the selected desktop-computer, monitor, printer or IT-equipment connection and complete wire build.
Confirm the receiving interface and source
Retain actual C13 or agree a requested C5, C7, C14, C15, angled C13 or angled C14 form. Match that receiving configuration to the equipment inlet.
Keep the NEMA source and actual receiving position in the selected assembly drawing. Both physical connection bodies should belong to the same equipment route.
Define wire, conductor and full rating
Agree SVT, SJT, SJTO, SJTOW or SJTW with an 18AWG or 16AWG requirement. Select actual copper, CCA or CCS conductor with the PVC construction.
Confirm the complete 10A, 13A or 15A rating and the 125V plug/full-lead scope. Match that selected electrical version to the wire, both mates and connected demand.
Set exact reach and selected appearance
Specify a requested 0.5m, 1m, 1.2m, 1.5m, 1.8m, 1.83m, 2m or custom reach. Measure around the source and receiving-equipment positions with both connector bodies included.
Select actual black or white, or agree another finish request for the ordered cable. Confirm applicable protection requirements if needed by the actual installation.
An IT lead brief should settle receiving form, wire family, conductor, full rating, exact reach and finish together. These decisions define the requested C13 connection around one actual physical assembly and keep its selected construction with the receiving-equipment load.
