This BTLY power supply cable brings together a three-core arrangement, copper conductors and mineral insulation. Its flexible, aluminum-sheathed construction is rated 0.6/1kV and includes fire resistance as a stated product characteristic.

Start with three conductor duties

Assign each conductor's function and required section from the supply circuit drawing. The three-core count identifies the arrangement but should not substitute for an individual conductor schedule or the equipment connection requirements.

Separate the conductor and sheath metals

Copper describes the conductors and aluminum describes the sheath. Keep both details in the construction specification so comparisons with alternative BTLY builds remain precise. Mineral insulation is a separate layer requirement in that same comparison.

Plan a route for the flexible build

Check the intended route alongside the permitted bending and handling details for the selected cable. Flexibility does not itself define a numerical bend radius or repeated-motion duty. Coordinate cable-end space and termination preparation with that route review.

Use the fire criterion required by the project

The cable has fire-resistant construction, while a project may name an exact test method and acceptance conditions. Include any numbered IEC or fire-performance requirement with the selected cable drawing. Check the matching build evidence where that specific qualification is required.

Keep section and physical length separate

The current option pairs 50mm2 with three cores. Confirm the required conductor sections and specify the physical cut length independently. Add the agreed sheath construction, conductor allocation and termination details to the order so the final power cable can be reviewed as a complete configuration.

Provide the product reference, selected configuration, quantity and destination. Confirm drawings, applicable ratings and acceptance requirements for the requested build. Lead time, shipping arrangements, charges and any return conditions should be reviewed in the agreed quotation before ordering.
