BV solid-copper PVC-insulated cable is described for house wiring at 450V. The selected single-core size is 1x1.5mm², with a 100m length offering. Define the finished component needed by the circuit using that known material, area and electrical rating.
Show the solid conductor and finished PVC dimensions
Give the finished conductor dimensions and insulation dimensions required by the connection. Add overall wire size, terminal geometry and finished lead lengths to the drawing. Keep the solid copper and PVC construction with the selected 1x1.5mm² area when identifying the proposed house-wire component.
Describe the actual circuit load and operating range
Provide actual load, the complete working-temperature requirements, route and exposure conditions. Keep the stated 450V rating with the same finished conductor and insulation definition. The operating brief should address the actual house connection and its terminal conditions when the proposed cable is reviewed.
