BVR single-core stranded copper PVC-insulated wire is described for indoor house wiring. The specified size is 1AWG at 450/750V, with a 100m length choice. Use the actual house-circuit requirements to define the selected stranded-wire component.
Keep its copper conductor and PVC insulation with the dimensional and electrical brief used for the proposed connection.
Draw the stranding and finished indoor lead
Specify the conductor strand arrangement, finished conductor and insulation dimensions, and overall wire size. Add circuit lengths and the terminal geometry needed by the house connection. Include individual-wire dimensions with the required strand arrangement. These details should identify one complete component using the same conductor and PVC definition as the selected BVR wire.
Describe the actual indoor operating conditions
Give circuit load, the complete operating-temperature requirements, route and exposure. Retain the stated 450/750V rating with the selected finished construction. The proposed wire should be reviewed using that complete indoor-circuit brief and the actual conditions at its terminal connections.
Set the IEC scope with the 100m supply arrangement
Identify the applicable IEC standard and selected-wire evidence required by the project. Request the relevant construction scope with the same stranding and finished insulation dimensions being considered for the house circuit. State the required 100m supply lengths and total quantity alongside finished connection lengths, retaining the actual operating and terminal requirements with the quotation enquiry.

Provide the product reference, selected configuration, quantity and destination. Confirm drawings, applicable ratings and acceptance requirements for the requested build. Lead time, shipping arrangements, charges and any return conditions should be reviewed in the agreed quotation before ordering.
