Gauge choices include 16, 17, 18, 20, 22, 24, 26 and 30 AWG, while a custom 36AWG requirement should be confirmed for the exact proposed wire. Include strand construction and the required shape so the quotation describes a particular component.
Define working temperature for the 600V wire
The wire has a stated 600V rating and temperature and oil resistance. Specify the required operating-temperature range, circuit load and environmental conditions with the selected construction. Those requirements provide a basis for evaluating the conductor and silicone insulation in the intended equipment.
Include documentation and finished supply length
Identify any project-specific qualification documents required for the proposed wire. A 1m length option is provided, and OEM and ODM enquiries are accepted with a stated minimum order of 100 metres. Give the finished length and total quantity with the gauge and conductor/insulation specification.
