Ultra-soft silicone wire is described with flame resistance for industrial, electronic, appliance and equipment-wiring enquiries. Its round, stranded tinned-copper single core has a stated 600V rating and -60°C to 200°C working range. The finished gauge and insulation dimensions define the conductor for evaluation.
Match the flame requirement to the selected construction
Identify the flame-test scope required by the project and request applicable VW-1 evidence for the proposed wire. Keep the conductor, strand construction and finished insulation specification with that document request. The material review should concern the same component that is being quoted.
Choose the requested 10–30 AWG soft conductor
For 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20, 22, 24, 26, 28 or 30 AWG requests, obtain the matching conductor and insulation dimensions. A 17AWG choice and a 1m length option are also provided. Include the connection space and wire route needed by the equipment assembly.
Describe the heat and oil conditions in the supply enquiry
Temperature and oil resistance are described alongside the flame function. Give the actual circuit load, operating environment and required duty for the selected wire. For an OEM or ODM request, state finished lengths and total quantity; the minimum order is 100 metres.
A defined soft conductor combines the requested AWG, strand construction, insulation dimensions and applicable evidence scope. Include any sample needed for the equipment review with those requirements. The proposed silicone component can then be compared with the intended installation and its operating conditions before the material and finished supply are agreed. Specify the strand count needed for that selected AWG.
