Flexible silicone wire is described for lithium-battery, solar-inverter and unmanned-aerial-vehicle wiring, as well as internal equipment connections. A round single-core construction combines stranded tinned copper and silicone insulation, giving the enquiry a defined material identity for the intended assembly.
Start with the battery or inverter connection
Identify the circuit load, connection points and wire route before selecting the conductor gauge. The stated applications provide an enquiry context; the finished wire still needs to be considered against the electrical and physical requirements of that circuit. Include any project-specific documentation needed for the proposed silicone conductor.
Connect AWG selection to the 600V construction
The silicone wire is described at 600V with a -60°C to 200°C working range and temperature and oil resistance. Gauge choices include 16, 17, 18, 20, 22, 24, 26 and 30 AWG. For 6, 8, 10, 12, 14 or 28 AWG requests, ask for the matching finished conductor and insulation dimensions rather than assuming one construction covers every requested size.
Define the supply requirement in finished lengths
A 1m length option is provided, while the stated minimum order is 100 metres. OEM and ODM enquiries are accepted for the electrical wire. Give the required silicone wire style, AWG, finished length and total quantity together so the quotation corresponds to the assembly requirement.
For an inverter or UAV connection, specify the operating environment alongside the conductor dimensions. A request that identifies the wire and its intended circuit allows the proposed construction to be reviewed on the same basis as the equipment specification before material selection and order confirmation.
