This one-meter ground/internal-wire request features tinned-or-custom copper, round construction and a choice of stranded or solid conductor. A single-core flexible PVC lead requirement accompanies mixed wire-family selections, so actual construction and grounding function need to be defined together.
Set the ground lead and visible finish
Agree the actual grounding role, receiving equipment and required connector or wire terminations. Choose black, red, grey, green, blue, white, yellow or a custom finish with the selected insulation and conductor construction.
Choose one valid code arrangement
Family choices include 1015, 1007, RVVP, 2464, RVV, RV, RVVSP, unshielded 2464 and silicone wire. The 1007 code gauges are 30, 28, 26, 24, 22, 20, 18 and 16 AWG; 1015 gauges are 24, 22, 20, 19, 18 and 17 AWG.
Other requirements include shielded 2464 18AWG×2C and unshielded 2464 30AWG×2, plus RVVP 1×0.3 mm, RVV 2×0.15 MM and RV 1.5 MM. RVVSP 2×2×0.05 mm and silicone 30 AWG complete the alternative code choices, with actual units and core/shield scope to be agreed.
Retain ratings within the selected construction
Keep 1015 requirements of 600 V/105°C separate from 1007 requirements of 300 V/80°C. Agree requested 0.3, 0.4, 0.5, 0.75 or 1 mm dimensions against the actual code/gauge and selected solid/stranded construction.
Define any H07V-K, RV or VW-1 requirement with the chosen material, insulation and grounding arrangement. Match complete current/load and obtain applicable fire, operating and approval support for the actual one-meter lead before finalizing its physical and electrical brief.

Provide the product reference, selected configuration, quantity and destination. Confirm drawings, applicable ratings and acceptance requirements for the requested build. Lead time, shipping arrangements, charges and any return conditions should be reviewed in the agreed quotation before ordering.
