This GX12 male-to-female aviation connector harness is requested for sensor/camera signal connections with waterproof IP67 requirements. The described cable is black with copper cores, PVC insulation and jacket, 18–28AWG conductor requirements and 12 V or 24 V ratings.
Map the cores to the actual GX12 contacts
Actual options separately select two through six cores and two through six pins. Agree the exact paired selection, conductor functions and contact allocation on the harness drawing. Identify any unused contacts and the actual male/female mating geometry instead of assuming every pin is connected or every core/pin combination has the same circuit assignment. Select the required gauge and strand construction for that circuit.

Define the waterproof assembly and installation
Retain IP67 as the stated protection requirement. Identify its applicable connector/cable assembly, mating and sealing state, cable exits and installation conditions with the relevant ingress-test scope. Provide full thermal requirements, routing and exposure. Keep the chosen PVC layers and finished length with the same connector drawing.
