Heat-resistant silicone electrical wire combines stranded tinned copper with a round single-core construction for equipment, internal wiring and electronic appliances. The conductor gauge, finished wire diameter and required supply length provide the starting specification for a material enquiry.
Use the silicone operating envelope for the application
The wire is described at 600V with a working range of -60°C to 200°C. Temperature and oil resistance are stated functions. Include the circuit load, operating environment and wire route so those construction details can be reviewed against the actual equipment requirement.
Define the finished diameter with the AWG request
For 4, 6, 7, 8, 10, 12, 14 or 16 AWG enquiries, ask for the matched conductor and insulation construction. Gauge choices include 17, 18, 20, 22, 24, 26 and 30 AWG. Specify the required finished dimensions with the selected gauge; a conductor-size request alone does not describe every part of the silicone wire to be proposed.
Match unit length and bulk quantity to the project
A 1m length option is provided, while the stated minimum order is 100 metres. OEM and ODM enquiries are accepted for the electrical wire. State the finished length and total quantity together with the silicone construction so the quotation corresponds to the required supply format.
If the equipment specification calls for particular qualification documents, identify them for the selected wire construction. A request combining AWG, finished diameter, operating conditions and length gives the material review a specific component to evaluate before the order is finalised. Include any required sample construction in the same material request.
