This male-to-female cigarette-lighter harness uses copper conductors with PVC insulation and a PVC jacket, with an LED indicator and fuse references. Two-core selections cover six physical lengths for matching vehicle, battery/solar, power-station and consumer-electronics accessory connections. Choose the electrical and fuse construction with a consistent working-temperature specification before completing the exact lead request.
Choose the required two-core length
The actual physical options are 0.5m, 1m, 1.5m, 1.8m, 2m and 3m. Select the required length with the male-to-female connection path and equipment access. Retain the two-core arrangement and chosen length when the complete electrical construction and physical quantity are agreed.
Pair voltage, gauge, current and fuse
The family references include 12V/24V, 10A/15A and SPT-1/SPT-2 18AWG/16AWG construction. Fuse choices are referenced as 1A, 3A, 5A, 10A and 15A. Agree the exact gauge/current/fuse combination for the chosen version and equipment circuit. Keep those selections with the LED-indicator harness and required pin/polarity drawing.
Confirm operating and connection requirements
Obtain a consistent working-temperature value and unit pair for the selected lead. Review that scope alongside the intended installation, equipment requirements and full PVC construction. Match polarity and connector preparation to the source and accessory connections before the end arrangement and physical allowances are finalized.
Complete the physical order details
Agree the number of leads required against the 500-piece minimum-order reference. Include the chosen length, approved wire/current/fuse arrangement and confirmed temperature scope. Keep the equipment connection details with that physical schedule so that the selected harness and its required quantities remain aligned.

Provide the product reference, selected configuration, quantity and destination. Confirm drawings, applicable ratings and acceptance requirements for the requested build. Lead time, shipping arrangements, charges and any return conditions should be reviewed in the agreed quotation before ordering.
