RS485/RVVSP twisted-pair copper shield-cable enquiries include 18, 20, 22, 24 or 26AWG and two-, three-, four-, five- or six-core requirements. A four-pair specification can be requested. The described round stranded copper PVC-insulated construction uses aluminium-foil plus tinned-copper shielding at 300/300V.
Draw the four pairs or selected conductor map explicitly
State the exact gauge, pair count and conductor count for the required connection. Broader core choices include 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 or 12. Give strand dimensions, finished layers, shield termination and terminals with that chosen pair/core drawing.
Which full thermal and RS485 equipment requirements apply?
Provide the complete working-temperature range needed by the industrial, computer, electronic, instrument or automation connection. Include actual RS485 interface requirements, circuit load, route and exposure. Keep finished connection lengths and terminal fit with the same conductor and shielding schedule.
Medical-equipment enquiries should identify the actual equipment conditions and applicable connection scope. Retain those requirements with the selected pair count, conductor dimensions and termination drawing. Review the proposed cable against the complete electrical, thermal and environmental brief for that specific equipment.
Arrange the chosen paired construction in the required roll quantities
Identify the reviewed four-pair or selected conductor arrangement in the OEM/ODM supply request. Quote the required connection lengths and total metres against the 100-metre minimum and 100m-roll packing. Include any 1m offering needed with the chosen AWG, terminal schedule and actual RS485 equipment brief.

Provide the product reference, selected configuration, quantity and destination. Confirm drawings, applicable ratings and acceptance requirements for the requested build. Lead time, shipping arrangements, charges and any return conditions should be reviewed in the agreed quotation before ordering.
