This 4+1-core RTTZ power cable is specified for industrial projects. It uses copper conductors, mineral insulation and a copper sheath, with a 0.6/1kV rating and stated fire resistance. The industrial design completes the individual conductor duties and the requirements for preparing and connecting the selected cable.

Four-plus-one in industrial design

Give every conductor a required section, electrical function and equipment connection from the circuit design. Any neutral or protective-conductor assignment and any section relationship should remain explicit in that allocation. Keep the 4+1 identity beside the individual requirements in the drawing used to assess terminations. This gives the cable schedule a definite electrical configuration for reviewing the industrial order.

Copper sheath and conductor

Conductor copper and sheath copper describe separate material requirements in this cable. Retain mineral insulation alongside them on the approved layer drawing. Use that complete build description to compare candidate cables and review sheath preparation and compatible cable ends. Obtain installation instructions applicable to the chosen construction, considering the intended route, equipment access and available room at the connection points.

Fire scope and order quantities

Where the industrial project specifies a fire-test method, survival period or acceptance criterion, identify its exact conditions and review evidence for the selected build and installation. Ordinary fire resistance remains an explicit product characteristic while the project defines any classified requirement. Confirm individual conductor sections for the 50mm2, 4+1 selection and state physical cable cut length independently. Retain the full material description, approved allocation and cable-end requirements with the final industrial schedule, referencing the construction drawing and exact criterion used to complete that configuration.
