    Multi-Core Power Cable

The RTTZ cable is specified for power distribution with copper conductors, mineral insulation and a copper sheath. Its construction is fire resistant and rated 0.6/1kV. Agree the final core arrangement through the distribution design before completing the individual conductor allocation, equipment connections and physical cable quantities.

Establish the distribution core layout

Record the agreed arrangement on the circuit drawing. Give each conductor a required section, electrical function and equipment connection within that layout. Review the cable ends against this individual allocation so the distribution schedule defines one configuration before dependent quantities and preparation are completed.

Keep the sheath in the material comparison

Identify conductor copper, mineral insulation and copper sheath separately on the approved construction drawing. Assess cable alternatives using that complete layer description. Review preparation and compatible terminations for the actual copper-sheathed build selected for the order.

Match the exact distribution fire criterion

If the project specification requires a particular fire-test method, survival period or classified result, identify its acceptance conditions precisely. Review evidence for the selected cable construction and relevant installation scope. Keep that exact criterion with the approved material reference and distribution design.

Finish sections, access and cut length

Confirm individual conductor sections associated with the 50mm2 selection after the layout is agreed. State physical cable cut length separately, including the approved allocation and agreed cable ends with the purchase quantities. Obtain installation information for the selected construction and consider the route, equipment access and end-preparation space. Retain the circuit drawing, full copper-sheath reference and precise project criterion beside the final schedule so the required configuration, connection conditions and physical quantities can be checked consistently.

Provide the product reference, selected configuration, quantity and destination. Confirm drawings, applicable ratings and acceptance requirements for the requested build. Lead time, shipping arrangements, charges and any return conditions should be reviewed in the agreed quotation before ordering.
