RVV flexible Royal-cord cable enquiries include two-, three- or four-core requirements with 0.5mm, 1.5mm, 2.5mm, 4mm, 6mm or 10mm sizes. The described round or custom stranded construction has PVC insulation and jacket at 300/500V and a stated 70°C working temperature. Copper is specified as 99.995% pure copper or according to the requested version.
Define the conductor version with the required size units
Identify the chosen conductor specification and exact size units for the connection. Give core roles, strand dimensions, finished PVC layers and cable shape together. Include terminal geometry and finished connection lengths with that selected conductor/core drawing.
What operating brief applies to the electrical or intercom connection?
State the actual electrical, instrumentation, automation or building-intercom circuit load and interface requirements. Provide the complete required thermal range, route and exposure for the installation. Keep those conditions with the selected conductor specification, core map and terminal schedule.
Review the proposed finished cable against the equipment dimensions and actual operating conditions. Retain the required insulation/jacket layers and conductor version with the same brief. Include the chosen shape and finished lengths when defining the connection to be supplied.
Arrange the sample, roll packing and required total metres
OEM/ODM construction and free samples are available for this RVV enquiry. Packing is described as 100m rolls or as requested, with a 100-metre minimum order and a 1m offering. Specify total quantity, finished lengths and packing against the reviewed core and conductor drawing when requesting supply.
