RVV flexible electrical cable is described with stranded copper conductors, PVC insulation and a 300/500 V designation. Two-, three- and four-core enquiries can be defined around the intended electrical, instrumentation, automation-equipment, building-intercom or house-wiring connection.

Read the complete construction code before choosing a size

The catalogue contains different conductor-count and size combinations, including mixed-size builds such as 3*2.5+1*1.5 and 3*4.0+2*2.5. Specify actual conductor cross-sections with explicit units for every position in the chosen code. Record each conductor's role and termination destination, keeping mixed-size requirements attached to the relevant circuit functions.

  • Copper is the conductor material.
  • The conductor construction is stranded.
  • PVC is specified as insulation.
  • Flexibility is explicitly described.
  • Individual-wire dimensions and finished shape are custom requirements.

Match the cable drawing to the installation brief

Provide strand arrangement, finished PVC dimensions and terminal geometry for the selected connection. Include actual load, route, exposure and the complete working-temperature requirements. Identify the project-specific approval scope required for that exact construction. These details let the proposed cable be reviewed against a defined dimensional and operating brief.

Prepare the sample and supply enquiry

Free samples and OEM/ODM enquiries are offered. A 1 m option is available and the minimum order is 100 metres. Set out finished connection lengths, total quantity and any required wire-end preparation with the chosen core/conductor drawing. Retain the same complete construction code in the sample and quotation requests so the proposed supply addresses the intended electrical connection.

Provide the product reference, selected configuration, quantity and destination. Confirm drawings, applicable ratings and acceptance requirements for the requested build. Lead time, shipping arrangements, charges and any return conditions should be reviewed in the agreed quotation before ordering.
