RVVP flexible shielded PVC cable enquiries include conductor areas of 0.3, 0.5, 0.75, 1, 1.5, 2.5 or 4mm². Two-, three-, four-, five- or six-core requirements can be defined for the intended connection. Copper or tinned-copper round stranded construction is described with PVC insulation and jacket.
Match the required conductor area and core layout
Choose the actual conductor area, finish and strand construction in a dimensioned drawing. Four-core offerings and the requested area/core combinations should have an exact matched specification. Include each conductor's role, finished PVC dimensions, overall cable geometry and terminal fit for the selected connection.
Review the shielding and actual circuit requirements
Aluminium foil plus tinned copper forms the described shielding construction. The rating is 300/300V, with a −20 to 80°C working range. Set out shield termination, actual interface/load, route and exposure for the communication-audio, broadcast-sound or automotive/electronic circuit.
State the full working-temperature requirement with the selected conductor area and PVC layers. Request applicable RoHS, CCC, CE or ISO9001 scope for the chosen cable and project. Keep the finished core/strand/shield drawing and equipment terminal dimensions with that evidence enquiry.
Request a sample of the selected area and shielding version
Free samples are offered for the cable enquiry, and a 1m option is available. The minimum order is 100 metres. Give the required area/core combination, conductor finish, finished lengths and total quantity together so the sample and quotation follow the specific RVVP construction being reviewed.
